Who we are
A financing platform that explains itself
Fortis Crest is a digital financing platform. We bring together the information a borrower needs — what a product is for, what it requires, what it costs and what happens if circumstances change — and present it before an application starts rather than after.
Our role is to structure the request, assess it carefully, and connect it with the funding route that fits. Where an application is not right for us, we say so early and explain why, so you are not left waiting on a decision that was never likely.
What we do
Three areas of work
Each area has its own process, its own documentation and its own risks. We keep them separate rather than blending them into one promise.

Financing types
Where people usually start
Six routes. Pick the one that matches the purpose, not the one with the largest number attached to it.

- Business loansFunding matched to a trading cycle.
- Mortgage and propertySecured lending on residential or commercial property.
- Vehicle financingFinancing for a car, van or fleet vehicle.

Why Fortis Crest
Clarity before commitment
A financing decision is easier to live with when it was understood on the day it was signed. That principle shapes how we write, how we quote and how we assess.
- Costs shown as a total, not only as a monthly figure.
- Eligibility criteria published before you apply, not after a decline.
- One point of contact from enquiry through to agreement.
- Documents requested once, in a single list, at the start.
- A written explanation with every decision, including a refusal.
Simulator
Know the total before you ask for anything
Set the amount and the term, and the simulator shows the monthly instalment, the cost of credit and the total repayable at a fixed 2% nominal rate. No details are required to use it.
- Amounts from 1 500 € to 5 000 000 €, depending on the project.
- Terms from 6 to 360 months.
- Results carry straight into an application, so nothing is retyped.
The process
From first question to funding
Six stages, in order. You are told where your file sits at each one.
Explore your options
Read what each product is designed for and what it requires before entering any personal details.
Submit your request
Tell us the amount, the purpose and the timescale. This takes minutes and is not a commitment.
Application review
We assess affordability, documentation and, where relevant, security and trading history.
Offer or decision
You receive a written outcome. Where an offer is made it sets out the full cost and duration.
Agreement
You review the agreement in your own time, with any statutory reflection period that applies.
Funding, where applicable
Once conditions are met, funds are released according to the agreed schedule.
Security and privacy
Your information, handled narrowly
We collect what an assessment requires and no more. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people working on your file, and retention periods are set in advance rather than left open.
- Encrypted connections across the whole site.
- Role-based access to application files.
- Defined retention and deletion schedules.
- No sale of personal data to third parties.
Investment
Information first, decisions second
Our investment section explains method rather than selling a product: how risk is framed, why diversification and time horizon matter more than forecasts, and what questions to ask before committing capital.
No specific investment product, return figure or performance history is presented on this website. Where products are added, they will be published with their own documentation and risk disclosures.
Transparency
What we will not do
Some commitments are easier to state as boundaries.
- We do not advertise a rate we cannot apply to your file.
- We do not present an indicative figure as an approved offer.
- We do not charge a fee to submit an enquiry.
- We do not publish client testimonials or figures we cannot evidence.
- We do not claim regulatory status we do not hold.
Where a fact required by law is not yet confirmed, this website shows a visible placeholder instead of an approximation.
Common questions
Short answers to start with
Does an enquiry affect my credit file?
An initial enquiry is used to understand what you need. Any credit reference search that would be recorded on your file is explained to you, and your consent is requested, before it is carried out.
What does borrowing cost?
That depends on the amount, the term, the product and the outcome of the assessment. No rate is published on this website as a headline figure. You receive the total cost of credit in writing before you sign anything.
How long does a decision take?
It depends on the product and on how quickly documents arrive. Straightforward personal applications move fastest; property and business cases involve more verification. You are given a timescale when your file is opened.
Can I apply from anywhere?
No. Availability depends on jurisdiction and on the applicable regulatory requirements in your country of residence. Confirm availability with us before starting an application.
Start with a question, not an application
Tell us what you are trying to finance. We will tell you whether we can help, what it would involve, and what it would require from you.
